With 80% black congregation led by black people our organization’s mission is to be out in the community engaging with black communities, and issues affecting black people through involvement in solution finding, developing and pursuing initiatives that address issues such as systemic racism, social inequality, economic disparities, diversity and inclusion, racial justice, healthy living, gender equality, poverty alleviation and cultural awareness.
Party in the Park
Party in the Park which is an event that connects the community, people, friends and family in exciting atmosphere that encourages sharing of love for one another.
Seniors Community Event
The community needs organizations that will promote digital literacy activities that lead to positive moods in our seniors as these moods lead to better health outcomes
Food of Black Origin (FOBO)
Our Food of Black Origin (FOBO) initiative is born from Black communities demands that stem from in-house food events we had over the years called “Bring and Share.”
