​As an Organization and Productivity Project Officer for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing meetings and lead staff meeting
  • Work on Multiple Projects including Conference, Summer Outdoor event etc
  • Assisting with project planning and execution, including organizing materials, tracking progress, and managing timelines for upcoming conferent
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Gather information for Logistics and Hospitality for upcoming Conference and other projects

This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting June 9 2025, full time, $18/hr, 35 hours a week.
