
As an Organization and Productivity Project Officer for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing meetings and lead staff meeting
- Work on Multiple Projects including Conference, Summer Outdoor event etc
- Assisting with project planning and execution, including organizing materials, tracking progress, and managing timelines for upcoming conferent
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Gather information for Logistics and Hospitality for upcoming Conference and other projects
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting June 9 2025, full time, $18/hr, 35 hours a week.
