1. Web Designer
As a Web Designer for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our mission, engage our audience, and drive meaningful impact.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting May 13 2024, full time, $17.55/hr, 35 hours a week.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Confer with clients to identify requirements
- Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements
- Develop Website architecture and determine hardware and software requirements
- Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website
- Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software
- Lead and co-ordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity and interactivity
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
- Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test Web-site related code
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting May 13 2024, full time, $17.55/hr, 35 hours a week.
2. Accompanist
Oversee the planning and orchestration of music for our weekly services.
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting July 8 2024, full time, $17.55/hr 35 hours a week.
- Meet weekly with the Lead Pastor/Church Coordinator to review: song selection, suggested orchestrations, and musician scheduling and rehearsals.
- Lead weekly band rehearsals, including ensuring necessary sheet music is ready for each orchestration, sending reminders to musicians of rehearsal schedule, providing feedback to musicians during rehearsals, and making essential song selection adjustments.
- Run Music Lessons for young people in the community during the summer - It will be a 6 weeks summer classes.
- Assist with advertising and recruiting the young people in the community to attend music and/or instrument classes. Communicate with parents for young participants, solicit their feedback, and pot to verbal and written inquiries appropriately and timely. This may include resolving issues with program participants or parents and ensuring a safe and quality experience for all participants.
- Build positive relationships and a sense of camaraderie with the community attendees to create a safe environment where feedback can be given, received, and compromises can be negotiated.
- Participate in service review meetings to assess what was good, missing, confusing and needs improvement from the previous week’s worship services.
- Police clearance mandatory for position.

3. Web Developer
As a Web Developer for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our online presence to support our mission-driven initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting July 24 2024, full time, $17.55/hr, 35 hours a week.

- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
- Prepare mock-ups and storyboards
- Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
- Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software
- Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products
- Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test Web-site related code
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting July 24 2024, full time, $17.55/hr, 35 hours a week.
4. Videographer
As a Videographer for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will play a vital role in capturing and sharing our mission-driven stories through compelling video content.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting July 2 2024, full time, $17.55/hr, 35 hours a week.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Capture photos and video (including short clips) of all activities including church services and summer community events to create social media update posts
- Edit captured content from all church services and community events to create event recap video that can be used for promotional purposes.
- Manage and Create new content for our websites and all social media platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok etc and make daily/weekly website updates so that content stays fresh.
- Assist with updating and cleanup as needed of all existing social media platforms
- Assist with increasing viewership on all social media platforms
- Complete weekly set-up of video and streaming equipment for Sunday services and all events as needed.
- Manage the Professional Soundboard and all audio equipment including microphones at church
- Participate in all required meetings.
- Develop technical skills by using program planning software (Planning Center), resource booking software (Planning Center Calendar), graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite), social media scheduling software (Later), and the Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, OneDrive and SharePoint).

5. Social Media Specialist
As a Social Media Specialist for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and further our mission of serving communities in need. Your primary duties will include:
This position is hybrid and available for 8 weeks starting July 2 2024, full time, $17.55/hr, 35 hours a week.
- Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts or articles
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
- Conduct analytical marketing studies
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
- Develop marketing strategies
- Maintain and manage digital database

6. Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist for Godways Ministry and its affiliated nonprofit organizations, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support fundraising efforts.

- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
- Gather, research and prepare communications material
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
- Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess development of potential and future trends
- Develop portfolio of marketing materials
